Overview:

PRGRMMD is a consultancy specialising in operational infrastructure for service based enterprises. With aspirations to enter the defence and government sector, they engaged Fulcrum to elevate their positioning, strengthen brand foundations, and build a scalable model aligned with enterprise standards. Across a 96 hour workshop in the Blue Mountains, we re-engineered every layer of the business. Strategy, brand, marketing, sales, and operations, through the lens of enterprise and defence requirements. The result was a structurally stronger model. PRGRMMD shifted from delivering projects at its previous pricing level to pitching engagements at three times the value, a 300% uplift built on clear systems, refined packaging, and enterprise grade positioning. This transformation tripled annual revenue potential, stabilised forecasting, and created the runway to pursue larger contracts in defence and government.

System Diagnostics:

PRGRMMD had already proven its delivery capability but sought greater definition in how it presented, packaged, and scaled. Market opportunity was clear, yet targeting, structure, and repeatability were underdeveloped. To compete for enterprise engagements in government and defence, PRGRMMD required refined positioning, enterprise grade collateral, and an operational model engineered for scale and long term sustainability.

Pressure Points:

  1. Pricing Architecture

Services delivered impact, but pricing lacked a structured model to frame value in enterprise contexts.

  2. Service Packaging

Offers were bespoke and variable, making them difficult to scale or replicate efficiently.

  3. Market Focus

Targeting was too broad, requiring sharper definition of ICPs to align with high value enterprise and defence opportunities.

The Framework:

  1. Research & Analysis

  2. Strategy & Positioning

  3. Branding & Collateral

  4. Sales Infrastructure

  5. Operations & Systems

  6. Launch & Iteration

System optimisation:

The sprint combined strategic realignment with hands on delivery. PRGRMMD’s market positioning was rebuilt, its value proposition clarified, and messaging aligned to resonate with enterprise decision makers.

Collateral was overhauled, including sales decks, branded assets, and web architecture. Sales infrastructure was strengthened with scripts, acquisition pathways, and repeatable processes.

On the operational side, fulfilment workflows, onboarding, and account management were rebuilt as scalable systems. This work was consolidated into a 100 day rolling plan, giving PRGRMMD a clear runway into enterprise markets.

performance gains:

  1. Strategic Clarity

Delivered a defined long term vision with a structured roadmap for enterprise growth.

  2. Revenue Uplift

Re-engineered pricing and packaging enabled pitches at 3x previous deal values, translating into a 300% uplift in annual revenue potential.

  3. Repeatable Systems

Operations, onboarding, and fulfilment restructured into a model designed to scale.

  4. Enterprise Alignment

Positioning, collateral, and strategy rebuilt to compete in government, defence, and enterprise sectors.
